Standard Delivery
Most orders are processed from our NJ office to be delivered to the purchaser within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
We use UPS for most orders (we use USPS for small items), and therefore we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Apparel, gift items and Rising Stars! items ship from a different location and may take a little longer for delivery; they are also not eligible for our rush delivery service.

Rush Delivery
For an extra charge of $20.00 per order, US only, we can Rush Deliver orders sent strictly from our NJ office.
These orders are guaranteed to leave our office within 1 business day of ordering, and are shipped via UPS 2-Day Express. Rush orders will therefore typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase OR ARRIVAL OF ITEM AT OUR SHIPPING OFFICE.
Because they ship from a different location, Apparel, Accessories and Rising Stars! items cannot be rush delivered.
We do not ship any item until we have received payment or a signed purchase order.
International Shipping
Canada
There is a $10.00 surcharge added to the above schedule for shipments going to addresses in Canada.
Other Destinations
There is a $25.00 surcharge added to the above schedule for shipments going to all locations other than the USA and Canada.
Sorry, no Rush Delivery services available for non-US addresses.
Customs
For addresses outside of the USA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from ShopDI.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns
You may return most items sold by ShopDI.org within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, or VHS tape once the seal has been broken.
- Any item that is not in its original condition.
- Any purchase related to Global Finals (including but not restricted to tours, transfers, camps, and DI eXtreme).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund in extraneous circumstances not expressly covered by those listed here.
Team Cancellation Policy
Destination ImagiNation and Rising Stars! teams are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. A Team 1-Pak can be upgraded to a Team 5-Pak by ordering an upgrade.
